Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Eonycs during its private beta, operated by 8a Tech & Media Consulting DMCC. By using the service you accept these Terms.
The service
Eonycs is an authorized autonomous web penetration testing service offered as a private beta. Features may change, and the service is provided without service-level commitments during the beta.
Authorized use only
You may only direct Eonycs at systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You warrant that you hold such authorization. Scope and authorization are recorded before any run and form part of the audit trail. Unauthorized use is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
Findings and verdicts
Reports distinguish confirmed findings (TRUE), ruled-out candidates (FALSE), undetermined results (NaD), and tool failures (ERROR). A result that could not be determined is not a statement that a system is secure.
Beta disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” during the private beta, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8a Tech & Media Consulting DMCC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Your target configurations, findings, and evidence remain your confidential information. The Eonycs platform, brand, and documentation remain the property of 8a Tech & Media Consulting DMCC.

Enterprise onboarding and electronic contracts
An initial enquiry does not grant Enterprise service access. Invited applicants may complete their company information, provide documents and follow review from a restricted portal. For new commercial orders, service activation requires approval, the customer's signature, Eonycs's countersignature and confirmed initial payment. The signed order records seat quantities, usage tiers, billing interval, prices and payment method. Company-detail changes require a reason, supporting evidence and approval; they do not rewrite executed contracts. Signers must have authority and expressly consent to electronic execution. Drawn, uploaded or typed signatures are recorded with an audit trail; Eonycs does not represent this workflow as a qualified trust service or independently verified identity. Existing negotiated terms are not changed retrospectively by this update.
Eonycs AI assistance and conversation history
Eonycs AI is a plan-restricted feature for eligible Pro and Enterprise users, not Free/BYOK-only accounts. By choosing Send, you request processing of your message and limited history by Anthropic's Claude API, with any page context you explicitly include. Actual metered model usage is deducted from your existing AI allowance and eligible purchased credits under the same accounting rules as assessments. Sending a chat does not authorize a purchase or automatic credit refill. Conversations save privately automatically, can be deleted from History, and are subject to the limits and retention described in our Privacy Policy. Responses are guidance, not verified findings, and require human review. This provision is not consent to unrelated marketing, public disclosure or model training. Any additional consent required by applicable law must be obtained separately.
Usage and recurring payment
Included Pro and Enterprise usage resets monthly at the applicable subscription boundary, including on annual billing. x1, x2, x4 and x6 represent different allowances; the dashboard normalizes 100% to the assigned tier. Unused included allowance does not carry forward. Separately purchased AI credits and BYOK compute allowance remain available until used under their purchase terms and are not cash or transferable funds. Stripe subscriptions renew at the agreed interval and price plus applicable tax unless cancelled; displayed checkout consent controls any optional automatic refill. Sponsored pilots renew their assigned monthly allowance until Eonycs closes the pilot and are not automatically charged.
Enterprise payment delays and service suspension
For new executed Enterprise orders, initial payment is required before services unlock. Bank-transfer renewals are manually reconciled; reminders start within 24 hours before the due date, on the due date and daily while overdue. Renewal service access may continue during a 70-day grace period, after which services are blocked without removing account access. Stripe renewals do not replenish unpaid allowance; remaining prior allowance may be used during the applicable grace period. Payment, fraud or security holds can prevent use independently. Suspension does not erase outstanding amounts or cancel the contract. Inactive Enterprise accounts enter a retention review after one year; deletion is subject to notice, applicable obligations and legal holds, not an unconditional automatic deletion promise.
