These Terms govern access to Eonycs during its private beta, operated by 8a Tech & Media Consulting DMCC. By using the service you accept these Terms.
The service
Eonycs is an authorized autonomous web penetration testing service offered as a private beta. Features may change, and the service is provided without service-level commitments during the beta.
Authorized use only
You may only direct Eonycs at systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You warrant that you hold such authorization. Scope and authorization are recorded before any run and form part of the audit trail. Unauthorized use is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
Findings and verdicts
Reports distinguish confirmed findings (TRUE), ruled-out candidates (FALSE), undetermined results (NaD), and tool failures (ERROR). A result that could not be determined is not a statement that a system is secure.
Beta disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” during the private beta, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8a Tech & Media Consulting DMCC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Your target configurations, findings, and evidence remain your confidential information. The Eonycs platform, brand, and documentation remain the property of 8a Tech & Media Consulting DMCC.
