We welcome good-faith security research on the Eonycs platform itself and commit to handling reports responsibly.
Reporting a vulnerability
Send reports to contact@eonycs.com with a description, reproduction steps, and any supporting evidence. Please give us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure.
Safe harbor
We will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith, respect user data, do not degrade the service for others, and give us reasonable opportunity to respond.
Out of scope
Testing of systems that belong to Eonycs customers is never in scope for independent research. Denial-of-service testing, social engineering, and physical testing are out of scope.
